Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method selected. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. That said, if your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, or it arrives visibly damaged, contact us at operations@bureaucracylabllc.com within 48 hours and we'll help file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
Address accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable may incur reshipping fees.
Digital products
Digital products (downloads, licenses, access links) are delivered electronically, typically within minutes of purchase, via email or an account download link. Access windows or download limits, if any, will be noted on the product page.
