Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products, downloads, or licensed content, once accessed or downloaded
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
- Items returned without proof of purchase or outside the 14-day window
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at operations@bureaucracylabllc.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion — these claims aren't subject to the 14-day window above, but the prompt-reporting requirement helps us verify shipping-related damage.
How to start a return
Email operations@bureaucracylabllc.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused. Unless an item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds. We do not refund original shipping charges except where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant where available, subject to the same eligibility rules above.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund that doesn't meet these conditions.
